Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Architectural & Landscaping Contracts

Horizon Luxy Green Sdn. Bhd. delivers bespoke architectural design, landscaping, and consulting services. All refunds and cancellations are governed strictly by the terms outlined in the individual Service Agreement signed between the client and our studio.

2. Design Phase Deposits

Initial deposit payments made for site analysis, conceptual design, or GBI preliminary assessments are non-refundable once the work has commenced. This is because deposits cover human resources, site travel expenses, and draft preparation.

3. Cancellation Policy

Clients may request the cancellation of an ongoing project by providing written notice in accordance with the contract terms. Upon cancellation, the client will be invoiced for all completed hours, deliverables, and materials purchased up to the date of cancellation.
