Consultation & Booking Policy

This Consultation & Booking Policy applies to all project design reviews, botanical consultations, and site evaluations coordinated by Horizon Green (Horizon Green Design Sdn. Bhd.).
1. Initial Consultations
Submitting a project overview form on our website is completely free of charge. No payment card or banking information is collected online. Initial conversations or basic office visits do not require a booking fee.
2. Detailed Site Appraisals
For detailed physical on-site structural appraisals and light studies that require our engineers to visit a residence or commercial build, a consultation deposit may be requested. This deposit is invoiced and settled directly with our office.
3. Cancellation & Rescheduling Guidelines
If a site appraisal fee has been paid, the following conditions apply:
- Cancellations made 72 hours or more before the scheduled appraisal appointment will receive a full refund of the deposit.
- Cancellations made within 24 to 72 hours will receive a 50% refund, or the full fee can be credited toward a rescheduled date.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment are non-refundable.
4. Project Retainers
All structural installation retainer details, hardware sourcing terms, and botanical maintenance contracts are governed by their respective individual design agreements and are independent of this website policy.
